MailStash provides temporary email for quick verification and testing. This policy explains what is handled temporarily while you use the service.

Temporary inboxes

Generated temporary email addresses, message subjects, senders, previews, and message bodies may be stored temporarily until the inbox expires. MailStash is not a long-term email account.

Retention

Each inbox starts with a 10-minute timer and may be extended by the user. After expiry, inbox and message access is removed or becomes unavailable.

Analytics and ads

Aggregate traffic, page view, error, and ad display data may be used to operate and improve the service. Email bodies are not used for ad targeting or long-term analytics.

Sensitive use

Do not use MailStash for banking, medical accounts, crypto wallets, government services, password recovery, or accounts that need long-term access.
