MailStash

Abuse policy

MailStash is intended for lawful, low-risk temporary email checks. This policy explains what is not allowed and how reports are handled.

Allowed use

Allowed uses include product testing, QA email checks, newsletter previews, short-lived confirmation messages, and separating a primary inbox from low-risk one-time email activity.

Prohibited use

MailStash may not be used for phishing, fraud, harassment, account takeover, illegal activity, malware distribution, impersonation, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass platform safety rules.

Sensitive accounts

Users should not use temporary email for accounts involving money, healthcare, government identity, password recovery, long-term access, or sensitive personal data.

Report process

Send reports to [email protected]. Include the temporary address, timestamps, sender or website involved, and screenshots or message headers when available. Do not send private passwords or unrelated personal data.

Operational response

Reports may lead to address blocking, domain changes, provider reports, or additional abuse controls. Because inboxes are temporary, complete message history may not be available after expiry.
